Richard M. Craig 

Richard brings a wealth of commercial litigation, trial, and appellate knowledge to our practice.  Throughout his career he has represented small business owners, high net worth individuals, not for profits, and publicly traded companies.   In addition to commercial litigation, Richard also maintains a robust real estate transaction practice.

Richard began his career as an Illinois Supreme Court Law Clerk for the Hon. James D. Heiple.  He was eventually elevated to Chief Law Clerk.  Following his clerkship, he worked for Hinshaw & Culbertson.  Over the years, Richard has been a featured guest on the television shows Chicago Tonight and Chicago Counter-Point. 

 

During Law School at the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, Richard was a Senior Member of the Law Journal, editor of the school newspaper, and member of the Dean's List.  Upon graduation, Richard was awarded the Loyola University Leadership and Service Award.
