Biography

Brian is a litigator and strategic advisor to business and executives. He litigates on behalf of corporations and individuals nationwide in the areas of products liability, general liability, fire and casualty, commercial disputes, and insurance coverage analyses. He advises clients on risk management issues, asset protection, and debt resolution matters. Brian previously worked as a liability adjuster handling first and third-party claims, issued coverage opinions, and has subrogated claims on behalf of major insurance carriers.

 

Brian regularly educates the insurance industry, corporations, and the public sector through nationwide seminars and articles published in various industry publications.
