Biography
Benjamin believes in providing superior client service and results-driven representation to all of his clients. Benjamin’s practice is concentrated in real estate transactions and commercial litigation. He has been a practicing attorney since 2019. Benjamin has closed countless real estate transactions for clients, both residential and commercial. He recognizes his role as a facilitator in advocating for his client while getting the deal closed. His litigation practice includes extensive work in contract, construction, insurance, property, real estate, and title litigation. Benjamin has litigated in both state and federal court and has enjoyed extensive success in Cook, DuPage, Will, Kendall, Kane, and Lake counties in Illinois. Benjamin has played an integral role on teams litigating federal lawsuits for clients with claims in excess of $100 million.

Benjamin volunteers with the Paralegal Program at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, providing mentorship and assisting aspiring paralegals in assembling job portfolios and conducting mock interviews. He has also taught seminars on real estate law to multiple local brokerages. In his leisure, Benjamin is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with family.
